In global teams where Japanese and Singapore-based members work together, small daily misunderstandings can quickly escalate into friction and stress without anyone realizing it. Our immersive communication workshop recreates real communication challenges that Japanese companies face in Singapore through an interactive mystery-solving experience. Participants are assigned to a fictional project team with mixed Japanese and Singapore members. As you progress through the story, you'll encounter real cultural gaps, information asymmetries, and assumptions — and solve them as your team would in the actual workplace.
In murder mystery games, participants take on different roles while strategically sharing and concealing information. This builds stronger communication skills and the ability to understand others' intentions across cultural differences.
Solving the mystery requires full team cooperation. Participants experience the real value of role clarity, mutual support, and working together toward shared goals — lessons that apply directly to your workplace.

Once we receive registrations totalling 4 or more people, we'll randomly create groups and schedule the session. If you'd like to participate sooner, we can arrange a custom schedule.

The trial session is at no cost. In exchange, we ask for permission to photograph the session and conduct brief interviews about your experience, which we'd like to feature on our website.
